IESE Business School and Driving Government Performance Program by the Kennedy
School of Government – Harvard University.
Enrique is acknowledged for his contributions to the Spanish Government in the
negotiation, strategic design, and evaluation of the European Social and
Investment Funds received by Spain during the last 20 years. In Latin America
he has advised large multinational companies in their strategic planning and
has trained their managers in tailor-made internal programs using the case
